In addition to constructing lessons based on the regular testing and aims of the level, the core teacher will also have a weekly feedback session with each class in order to explain what will be covered in the subsequent week. It is also a good opportunity for the students to make any requests so that they can further customize the lessons to the students’ needs.
To ensure that each student is as comfortable as possible, a culturally sensitive teacher is available for mentoring. This way, possible conflicts and problems can be resolved in a way that best fits each student’s cultural background.
